- Issues with LCD screen, touch function, cameras, and other internal parts (1 month).
Warranty Void If:
❌ Physical/Liquid Damage – Water damage (including waterproof models), drop damage, cracks, or bends.
❌ Tampering – Warranty sticker broken/removed or phone opened/repaired by a third party.
❌ Software/Account Issues – iCloud lock, forgotten password, or unauthorized software modifications.
❌ Non-Functional Device – Phone cannot power on at all.
Important Notes:
- Warranty applies only to original defects, not mishandling or accidents.
- No exchanges for the above-listed void conditions.
