Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. For areas not covered by our standard delivery partners, our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange alternative delivery methods.
2. Delivery Timeline

Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated 1–5 working days

East Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 working days

Note: Delivery duration may vary based on stock availability and public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for orders above RM500. Standard shipping fees apply for orders below the threshold and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Self-Collection (Optional)
Customers may opt for self-collection at selected iRenew outlets. Please await confirmation before heading to the location.
5. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email/phone number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.
Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Item received is defective or damaged

Item received is incorrect

Return is made within 7 days of receipt

Item is in original condition, unused, with complete packaging and accessories
- Each device is affixed with a warranty seal sticker. Any tampering, removal, or damage to this sticker will result in the warranty being voided. Kindly ensure the sticker remains intact throughout the warranty period for any claims to be valid.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

Refunds for installment purchases are subject to the respective bank’s processing timeline.
Warranty & Support
All iRenew devices (used and new) come with up to 180 days warranty, depending on the product category. For warranty claims, please retain your purchase receipt and contact our support team. Each device is affixed with a warranty seal sticker. Any tampering, removal, or damage to this sticker will result in the warranty being voided. Kindly ensure the sticker remains intact throughout the warranty period for any claims to be valid.
